What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is a service offered to members who are looking for fitness advice to develop an individualized workout program. It is also a service that provides a member one-on-one training with a Personal Trainer. Your trainer will create and guide you through your entire workout, while providing fitness education and cuing proper technique and form. This program is an excellent opportunity to obtain assistance in meeting individual health/fitness goals.What is included in Personal Training?
- Health Screening and Fitness Assessment
- Orientation to Cardiovascular and Strength Training Equipment
- Coordination of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Workouts
- Intensity training with heart rate
- Tips on Motivation, Adherence, and Goal-Setting
- One-on-One training with a Personal Trainer
FREE Nutrition Analysis from CMU's HEV program to include:
- Nutrition Analysis Evaluation & Plan
- Development of Specialized Nutrition Goals
- Menu's Designed for On-Campus & Resistant Dining
What types of training packages are available?
There are Maroon & Gold Training packages available.Maroon Package (Beginning 3 sessions)
1st Session: Fitness Assessment/Goal Development
2nd Session: Personalized Training Session
3rd Session: Personalized Training Session
Gold Package (Renewal Sessions)
All 3 sessions: Personalized Training Sessions
*Re-assessments available by consultation with your personal trainer*

Members: ONLY $40 for each 3 sessions(sessions are not sold individually, you must purchase 3-session package(s) )
