Body Sculpt:
Strengthen and define the entire body with a variety of fitness equipment including: body bars, free weights, Swiss balls, tubes, etc. This session is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Butts and Guts:
A concentrated toning workout that focuses on core strength and lower body development for greater definition and improved performance. This short and effective toning session is designed as a compliment to a previous workout.
Cardio Variety:
Had a long day at work and want to relieve some stress? This session is designed with the Staff and Faculty in mind using music, cardio, and toning exercises that are appropriate to any age and fitness level.
Cycling:
Looking for a great workout? This class offers the best of both worlds; High intensity, and low impact. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the session will surely give you the workout you’ve been looking for. Participants can ride at their own pace.
Kickboxing:
Try a high impact, total body cardiovascular workout designed after Martial Arts and traditional boxing. This session incorporates both lower and upper body exercises ensuring to raise your heart rate!
Kick-N-Tone:
Kickboxing and strength training all wrapped into one! High energy kickboxing paired with toning intervals is sure to give you a total body workout.
Step:
This session is a satisfying cardiovascular workout that utilizes a platform elevated by chosen number of risers. Unique combinations are incorporated into every class providing a fun and effective experience.
Step & Kick:
This class combines step choreography with high intensity kickboxing. It takes step to a whole new level of cardiovascular fitness.
Step & Pump:
This work-out will provide the cardio push on the STEP in combination with sculpting exercises for the total body experience!
Swiss Ball:
Taking toning to a whole new level - Challenge your self on the Ball! 20 participants per class due to equipment availability.
Yoga:
Lengthen your muscles while you strengthen them! Yoga combines strength and flexibility while moving you through a series of postures. Test your focus and concentration and add a little flow to your daily routine.
